3.1. In order to reserve the Services, the User is required to provide accurate and complete information at his/her own responsibility.

3.2. The deposit for this service is required to secure the reservation and is non-refundable.

3.3 The remaining balance shall be paid by the method specified by us prior to the Service Commencement Date specified at the time of reservation.

3.4. Payment by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

4.1. You may cancel your reservation through the Cancel link below the reservation confirmation message.

4.2. Refunds will be handled in accordance with our cancellation policy.

• • Within 2 days of the tour: Refunds will not be available.
  • 3–7 days before the tour: 30% refund.
  • 8–14 days before the tour: 50% refund.
  • 15–20 days before the tour: 80% refund.
  • 21 days or more before the tour: Full refund.

* Refunds will be processed from 5 to 10 business days.

* Exception: No cancellation fees will apply in cases of natural disasters or other unavoidable circumstances.

5. Changes to Bookings

5.1. Reservation changes must be requested through our website. Please note that changes are subject to the terms of our Cancellation policy and may result in additional charges, including cancellation fees, depending on the specifics of your reservation.

6. Travel Insurance

6.1. All users are strongly advised to take out travel insurance to avoid potential risks and damages.

7. Health and Safety

7.1. the user may be required to inform us at the time of booking, e.g. of health conditions such as communicable diseases. (if applicable)

7.2. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the Service in whole or in part without prior notice to any User who is deemed to be incompatible with the Tour.

7.3 We shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by you or any third party due to the suspension or interruption of the Services.

8.1. Users are expected to act courteously and follow the tour guide’s instructions.

8.2. We reserve the right to reject any User who is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.
