Service Description

We provide reservation-based travel experience services for international visitors, including traditional Japanese sumo keiko (training) observation tours.

An optional Sumo Experience may be selected in addition to keiko observation, subject to availability.

Prices

The price of each service is displayed on the reservation page, including applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

The Sumo Experience option price applies per participant.

Additional Fees

Customers are responsible for any internet connection fees, communication charges, or bank transfer fees incurred when making a reservation.

Timing of Payment

Payment is required at the time of reservation, or by the deadline specified during the booking process.

A deposit may be required to secure the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid by the method and date specified by the Company.

Service Delivery Time

The service will be provided on the reserved date and time as confirmed at the time of booking.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are handled in accordance with our Cancellation Policy:

  • Within 2 days of the tour: No refund.
  • 3–7 days before the tour: 30% refund.
  • 8–14 days before the tour: 50% refund.
  • 15–20 days before the tour: 80% refund.
  • 21 days or more before the tour: Full refund.

Refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days.

In the event of extraordinary circumstances such as natural disasters or severe conditions that make it impossible to operate the tour, cancellation fees may be waived at the discretion of the operator.

Please note that personal circumstances, including flight delays or cancellations, transportation issues, or unfavorable but manageable weather conditions, do not qualify for automatic refunds. In such cases, we may offer a one-time date change or tour credit as an alternative.

Regarding the Sumo Experience Option

  • The price applies per participant.
  • Approximately 15 minutes (duration may vary depending on the number of participants).
  • Available to male participants only.
  • Conducted after the keiko observation.
  • Conducted with an active sumo wrestler (selection not available).
  • Safety guidance is provided; participation is at your own risk.
  • Availability is subject to capacity and circumstances at the sumo stable. If the experience cannot be conducted, the option fee will be fully refunded.

Returns and Exchanges

As this service is a time-specific experience, returns or exchanges are not accepted except as described in the Cancellation Policy.

Operating Environment

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they can access our website and reservation system using a compatible device and internet connection.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This disclosure shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.

Any disputes arising in connection with this service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company’s head office.
