#Frequently Asked Questions
Basic manners before coming on the day
- Bench Chairs: Limited availability; priority is given to visitors with disabilities. Others will be seated on floor cushions (45โ90 minutes).
- Age: Minimum age is 6 years old. Please do not walk around or lie down on the floor.
- Late Arrivals: Viewing time will be shortened; no extensions will be provided.
- Manners: Please watch quietly; no talking. Photos are allowed without flash or sound.
- Ring Area: For safety reasons, please do not enter the ringside area or extend your legs toward it while entering or during the viewing.

Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days.
- Within 2 days: No refunds
- 3โ7 days: 30% refund
- 8โ14 days: 50% refund
- 15โ20 days: 80% refund
- 21 days+: Full refund
Exception
In the event of extraordinary circumstances, such as natural disasters or severe conditions that make it impossible to operate the tour, cancellation fees may be waived at the discretion of the operator.
