How can I make a reservation?
Simply select the Service(Standard or Express) and number of participants, the desired date, and enter your name and e-mail address to complete your reservation.

#Frequently Asked Question
- Bench Chair Use: There are a limited number of bench chairs available in the Sumo viewing area, and priority will be given to visitors with disabilities. Visitors who cannot use chairs will be required to sit on cushions on the floor for approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. Please understand that this may take up to an hour and a half.
- Minimum age: The minimum age of participants is 6 years old. (about 1st grade elementary school student) We have set an age limit for visitors because children who walk around or are unable to watch the practice quietly may interfere with the practice.
- Late arrivals: Please note that late arrivals will shorten the viewing time. We will not be able to extend the viewing time for late arrivals.
- Manners during practice: Please refrain from speaking and watch the practice quietly.
- Photography: Photos may be taken without flash or shutter sound.
- Use of restrooms: Please use the restroom before joining.
Otherwise, you may not bring sunglasses, strollers, hats, flash photography, luggage, or large bags.
Cancellation Policy
- Within 2 days of the tour: Refunds will not be available.
- 3–7 days before the tour: 30% refund.
- 8–14 days before the tour: 50% refund.
- 15–20 days before the tour: 80% refund.
- 21 days or more before the tour: Full refund.
Refunds will be processed from 5 to 10 business days.
Exception: No cancellation fees will apply in cases of natural disasters or other unavoidable circumstances.

You can listen to the audio guide on your phone. For this purpose, you can listen more comfortably by bringing your own earphones. If you don’t have earphones, we’ll lend them to you for free, so don’t worry.
The maximum number of people that one person can reserve is 20. If the number of participants exceeds 20, please contact us by e-mail separately.
